We seek a Community Manager, Analyst 2 who dares to think differently and trusts their gut.
You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.
Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to audience messages on social media.
- Serving as the brand’s “voice”.




- Moderating conversations based on a pre-designed plan.
- Preparing conversation reports (at a basic level).
- Using Sprinklr to manage the brand’s social media platforms.
- Identifying new opportunities or ways to improve responses.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop content pieces
