Art/Creative Manager
Capital One is looking for an experienced, innovative, strategic creative manager who has led complex Spanish, English, and bi-lingual creative projects. You will inspire and drive change while developing and executing world-class, effective creative strategies for a range of channels, including web, display, video, social media, OOH, and events. You know the formula for developing brand-building, breakthrough creative that drives results, is on target, and on brand.
What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire the development of strategically-grounded, insight-driven creative.
- Help craft and maintain the Capital One brand presence in Mexico.
- Help manage creative agencies executing a range of work, from websites to advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to understand consummate needs, positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience.
- Demonstrate an understanding of our technologist audience; interpret market research and test results,



and use findings to focus targeted marketing messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of partner groups (Tech, Brand, PR, Comms, Talent, Legal, etc.) to anticipate and proactively address obstacles and establish yourself as a strategic thought partner.
- Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities.
