POSITION OVERVIEW
The Bilingual Contact Center Agent must have a strong sense of urgency to answer or make calls or resolve cases through any of the available channels, whether by phone, email, chat, etc.
They must be open and alert to detect the mood of the client to empathize; consciously and actively listen/read to put yourself in the customer's shoes and efficiently generate an appropriate response or solution according to company policies and procedures. The Bilingual Agent must have the ability to learn and reason these policies and procedures in such a way that they become the expert that any Oportun internal and external client wants to contact to obtain the best advice or solution.
