Astellas’ Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are strategically located sites that give Astellas the ability to access talent across various functions in the value chain and to co-locate core capabilities that are currently dispersed. Our three GCCs are located in India, Poland and Mexico.

Purpose and Scope

Works with Transformation Managing Principals and Principals on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function.



Lead significant workstreams of a large strategic initiative or a small strategic initiatives. Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of critical transformation capabilities for the successful execution of Astellas’ transformation agenda. Coaches more junior members of the team.

Role and Responsibilities
- Working with Transformation Managing Principals and Principals, supports in the identification and scoping of transformation opportunities that contribute to the delivery of our CSP goals
- Works with Transformation Managing Principals and Principals on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function (or enterprise wide as needed)
- Lead significant workstreams of a large strategic initiative or small strategic initiatives, manage all resources involved (people and non-payroll budget)
- Supports in the identification and building of coalition of key stakeholders and sponsors to help deliver
