Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative to support our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. The idóneo candidate will have experience with SAP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.



Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are essential. This role is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of up to four months. Please note, there is no possibility for extension or permanent employment with Deacero.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and adherence to company policies.
- Enter and process invoices in the accounts payable system (SAP and other ERP systems).
- Prepare and execute weekly or bi-weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment issues or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
