About This Role

The Full-Cycle Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments,



ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The recruiter will also contribute to the expansion of the company's integral talent footprint, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment (50%)
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for roles.
