Role Overview

As the Lead Creative, you will provide creative direction and oversee projects across multiple media. You are responsible for ensuring team output is consistent, high‑quality, and aligned with strategic goals. In this hybrid role, you are required to be in the office two days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand strategy and execution across all output.
- Communicate the importance, impact, and value of consistent branding to stakeholders.
- Guide junior creatives in mastering brand execution and ensuring brand consistency.




- Create tailored processes and approaches for addressing creative challenges, anticipating potential issues.
- Discover and implement novel, practical solutions beyond standard best practices.
- Initiate and maintain regular check‑ins throughout a project’s lifecycle to monitor progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Establish accurate timelines for tasks and projects and manage time consistently.
- Maintain fluency in production, continually enhancing skills.
- Seek and share knowledge about technological advancements that can impact production processes.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members, enhancing overall capability.
