The Role

We are looking for a proactive Analyst to join our team at IDR. In this role, you will be the key liaison between IDR and its clients, ensuring a seamless project experience, high client satisfaction, and long‑term relationship growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries, while playing a central part in the expert engagement process. As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in connecting our clients with C‑level and senior industry experts around the world, managing research projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of client engagements. This role offers exposure to diverse industries,



international collaboration, and the satisfaction of directly contributing to high‑impact strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Needs Analysis
- Understand each client’s project goals and research needs to deliver tailored expert solutions.

Expert Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify, reach out to, and recruit top professionals for interviews, surveys, and consultations using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools & cold calling.

Expert Screening
- Evaluate and screen experts to ensure they meet client criteria and compliance standa
