Role Purpose

The Maître is the guardian of the dining experience, responsible for orchestrating seamless, refined, and memorable service across all restaurant outlets. This role ensures that every guest interaction embodies the essence of Banyan Tree Veya—elevated yet authentic, attentive yet effortless—while leading the service team with precision, warmth, and excellence.

Position Objective
