The Workday Integrations & Data Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and internal or third‑party systems. This role ensures accurate, secure, and timely data flow across HR, payroll, finance, IT, and benefits platforms while supporting reporting, automation, AI‑enabled insights, and scalable system design.

This role partners closely with HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll, Core HCM architects, and external vendors to ensure Workday functions as a reliable system of record within a cohesive technology ecosystem. This is a remote position, though it could also be a hybrid role from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site.
