What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
- Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of JIRA Cloud.
- Hands-on design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud.
- Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens.
- Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.

Must haves
- +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Expertise in Jira Cloud to manage backlogs, sprints, and track work progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly.

- Agile Methodologies Knowledge: deep understanding of Agile principles and values; knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitation Skills: ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives; conflict resolution and negotiation to address team dynamics; encouraging participation and collaboration during meetings.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly; active listening skills to understand team needs and challenges.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: analytical skills to identify challenges and find root causes; quick decision-making in a dynamic environment to keep the team moving forward.
