Senior Material Data Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Material Data Analyst to join our growing Materials Management Analytics team. This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design and execution of advanced analytics projects, supporting business-critical initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights, and collaborating across departments to drive strategic decisions.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support high-impact business decisions.
- Design and implement robust data sources, flows, and performance dashboards.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure data integrity through the development of scalable data pipelines and quality control processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, supply chain, operations,



and customer satisfaction and support Monthly Business Reviews with strategic insights and performance tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
- Provide support to initiatives led by internal champions and collaborate with stakeholders across North America at plants.
- Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure alignment with business goals, while contributing to continuous process improvement through data insights and cross-functional collaboration.
