This role centers on strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sourcing excellence and value creation within the steel fab and steel tube categories.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage individual supplier relationships for steel fabrication and steel tubing, including negotiation activities.* Achieve year-over-year productivity and working capital goals specific to steel fab and steel tube categories.* Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics,



and IT to develop and implement sourcing strategies for steel fab and steel tube.* Conduct market analysis and participate in trade fairs to identify and evaluate potential steel suppliers.* Develop and execute global purchasing strategies for steel fabrication and steel tubing components.* Negotiate, implement, and manage supplier contracts and service level agreements for steel fab and steel tube.* Execute tenders, benchmarking, and price/value analyses to optimize steel procurement outcomes.* Drive supplier development initiatives and implement supplier performance scorecards for steel suppliers.* Plan and execute complex procurement projects related to steel fabrication and steel tubing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree required.* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, including supplier selection, supplier management, and contract negotiation.* At least 3 years of experience in category or material
