Full Cycle Recruiter for Operative Roles in the U.S. - Hybrid Guadalajara
We are seeking a proactive and organized Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, primarily hiring for operational roles such as Shift Supervisors, Janitorial Staff, Trash Technicians, and other similar positions in the U.S. market. The adecuado candidate will bring strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Note: While experience in hospitality recruitment is preferred, candidates with some IT hiring experience will also be considered, as long as IT is not their primary focus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines daily.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize ATS tools (SuccessFactors preferred) or similar systems to manage applicants and track progress.
- Adapt quickly between tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency is required, as the role involves daily interaction with U.S.-based managers and candidates.
- 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (junior to mid-level); senior-level profiles could be considered.
- Proven experience recruiting in the U.S. market.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred, but other systems accepted).
