Your Responsibilities




- Lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure for various client environments, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking.
- Architect scalable, redundant, and secure network solutions, focusing on segmentation, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for advanced routing, switching, firewall, and cloud networking issues.
- Execute project plans, manage concurrent projects, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems involving technologies like multicast (PIM), Spanning Tree, VLANs, and link aggregation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients, assist with pre-sales technical efforts, and draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
