We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect with Health and Safety Module (Railroad Domain) Consultant to join a project in a 100% Remote role in Mexico or Canada, with an estimated duration of 6+ months.
Position Title: ServiceNow Architect with Health and Safety Module (Railroad Domain)
Location: Remote in Mexico and or Canada
Duration: 6+ months
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for candidates with:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Domain Experience:
- Railroad industry
- Health and Safety domain
- Technical Expertise:




- ServiceNow Health and Safety module
- REST APIs
- Integration tools: MID Server, Integration Hub
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Good to Have:
- Data analytics experience (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
- Expert in integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JDBC)
- Ability to design and implement complex system integrations
