We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Specialist Attorney to support legal case management operations for personal injury cases. This role will focus on client communication, case administration, medical records coordination, documentation, and process support for a growing legal operations team.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professionally bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable handling confidential client and case information.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate client intake and first-contact interactions for personal injury cases.
- Maintain ongoing bilingual communication with clients and provide case status updates.
- Retrieve, organize, and track medical records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain records, bills, and case-related information.
- Create, maintain, and update case files with accurate information and documentation.




- Perform data entry and workflow tracking within case management systems.
- Communicate professionally in English with insurers, healthcare providers, and legal teams.
- Support the documentation of standard operating procedures and internal workflows.
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Assist with onboarding and training future team members as the operation grows.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliant handling of sensitive client information.
- Maintain organized records and support administrative legal operations as needed.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of legal, legal support, or case management experience.
- Advanced English proficiency, B2+ or C1.
- Native or fluent Spanish proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
