About the Position
We are looking for a Production Unit Senior Specialist to join the Manufacturing Lighting team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Coordinator. This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlán, México. As the Production Unit Senior Specialist at Marelli,



you will be responsible to ensure efficient manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement, supporting shift teams, coordinating problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity in lighting product assembly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production, ensuring schedules and quality targets are met for lighting products.
- Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Marelli Production System principles.
- Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Support new product launches and engineering changes, ensuring seamless integration.
- Facilitate and lead root cause analysis for production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics).
- Train and coach production team members on best practices and standard operating procedu
