The Role

We are looking for a Head of Sales, Mexico to lead and accelerate our growth in one of our most exciting international markets. This is a high‑impact commercial leadership role,



responsible for building our presence in Mexico, unlocking new routes to market and creating the foundations for long‑term, profitable growth.

While we already have a small number of live accounts in market, the core focus of this role will be to open up the wider Mexico opportunity: identifying, securing and scaling strategic retail, e‑commerce and distribution partnerships that increase brand reach, relevance and commercial momentum with Mexican consumers.

This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in building something from the ground up. The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong customer credibility and the energy to create opportunities at pace. They will be equally comfortable shaping the plan and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.
