Job Title: Desktop Support Technician L2 (Dispatch Hiring)
- Travel Required: Yes – up to 150 miles between offices (mileage reimbursed per policy)
- Hourly Rate: 25.50 USD for the first hour- 25.50 USD for every hour thereafter

What You’ll Do:
• Provide IT support for incidents,



service requests, and general queries via phone, remote access, email, and onsite visits; resolve issues using ServiceNow and document actions accordingly.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, etc.), support application rollouts, perform asset management, and act as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and external service providers.
• Perform reporting and management tasks, including escalation handling, SLA adherence tracking, knowledge sharing, and maintaining internal IT processes and documentation.
What you need:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles
- Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Imaging and deploying Windows OS
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking)
- Experience supporting networked printers and AV systems
- Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracki
