Your expertise will help us deliver on our promise to customers and strengthen global coordination.As a Customer Specifications Specialist, you will be part of a general team that coordinates customer specification documents and ensures timely, accurate reviews aligned with quality standards.This role reports to the Lead Customer Specifications US & Canada.What will you do:* Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process regionally, working with participants from each plant and country to provide timely reviews aligned with customer segmentation policy.* Partner with colleagues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.* Review customer quality agreements with the appropriate plant and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.* Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, plant quality, and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews.* Submit regional reviews for global customer review.* Maintain organized reco
