PROJECT DEFINITION
- Ensures the Project plan and total development budget is in accordance with the agreed Customer Statement Of Work and validated project scope.
- Establishes and manages the master project timing plan and consolidates negotiated planning of each core team member ensuring it conforms to the customer and internal timing plans (starting from quote).
- Leads the core team member's work packages and their agreed development budgets, in agreement with the project objectives and the project scope.
- Responsible for the profitability of the project and sets the core team members targets to work towards in line with the project objectives. (e.g Development hours, investments, cash flow, Costs of Non Quality)
- At the end of the project: assesses the status against the original project objectives and feeds back lessons learned.

ACTION MANAGEMENT / REPORTING / RISKS
- Responsible for organizing project meetings, project reviews and end of phase reviews with all core team members to review project status and project action plan follow-up.




- Manages and identifies deviations from the planned Project Plan and validates the actions proposed by the core team members to realign.
- Consolidates the risks, threats and opportunities of each department, prioritizes and manages the action plan to respond to the risks throughout the project phases.
- Follows the project reporting of each core team member to manage the escalation process of issues and risks and the achievement of their project actions.
- To consolidate the general project status and ensures that the core teams are accountable for their status for the deliverable's completion.
- Responsible for the financial control / reporting of the project budget using the standard division tools to consolidate and reporting cash flow and profitability to program reviews.
- Manages project development expenditure versus the planned budget, identifies any deviation (hours, investments, and production costs), and takes
