What are your contributions to the team?

Coordinate and manage the logistics of orientation for new hires.
Create and update training materials, as well as orientation materials for new employees.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You are currenlty studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
You have an advanced proficiency level of English
You are interest in organizational development and talent management.
You have effective communication and teamwork skills.
