Job Summary
The Operational Excellence (OPEX) Analyst position supports the Global Finance & Accounting (GFA) Center of Excellence by driving process optimization, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the general finance organization.
Job Responsibilities
The OPEX Analyst is responsible for:
- Driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across the GFA organization.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to optimize processes, develop Power Platform solutions, and generate actionable business insights.
- Strengthening governance and delivering sustainable operational efficiencies through innovative technology and best practices.
- Aligning with the GFA OPEX organization’s focus on Power Platform development, AI adoption, process standardization, KPI management, governance, and continuous improvement leadership.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,



Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least two years with a strong combination of Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation. Demonstrated experience leveraging Microsoft technologies and AI solutions to improve processes, increase productivity, and produce actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Full professional English proficiency.

- Power BI for dashboard development, KPI reporting, and business intelligence.
- Power Apps for low-code application development and process digitization.
