About the role

The purpose of this position is to enhance the plant’s asset performance by integrating maintenance engineering, reliability management, and TPM practices into a unified, cohesive system that supports long-term equipment health and operational stability. The role drives the deployment of corporate Maintenance Excellence initiatives, ensuring that reliability principles and TPM methodologies reinforce one another and are consistently embedded into daily operations. Through technical leadership, standardization, and capability development, this position enables cross‑functional teams to reduce failure risk, strengthen asset condition, and achieve measurable, sustainable improvements in equipment availability, performance, and lifecycle value.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the auditing and coaching processes for TPM and Reliability‑related activities across all project teams, ensuring methodological rigor, adherence to standards, and continuous maturity progression. Maintain and update the integrated TPM & Reliability Master Plan.




- Serve as custodian of the site’s TPM and Reliability learning system by developing, standardizing, and governing training materials, templates, and technical content. Ensure alignment with corporate methodologies while enabling effective capability development at all functional levels.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Asset Condition Management by integrating condition data, degradation trends, and performance insights into preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance strategies.
- Lead the annual Equipment Criticality Assessment, applying risk‑based and value‑driven evaluation criteria. Ensure outputs inform maintenance strategy updates, TPM deployment prioritization, resource allocation, and mid‑term planning.
- Develop and govern the site’s equipment performance analytics framework, including MTBF, MTTR, failure pattern recognition, recurrence analysis, and data integrity validation
