Flex is seeking a Process Engineer (Metal Fabrication & Welding) in Guadalajara to lead welding process improvements, ECOs, and new product transfers on the North Campus. You will drive process control methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and work with suppliers to ensure quality and production targets.
Idóneo candidates have MIG/TIG/SPOT welding experience, robotics programming with YASKAWA, and strong knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ISO). English fluency and a Six Sigma belt are pluses.
