ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to support the staffing needs of our operations in Mexico. Reporting to the Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high‑quality workforce aligned with company goals, values, and local market conditions. The adecuado candidate will bring a strong passion for recruiting, excellent Spanish–English bilingual communication skills,



and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, third party partners, and employee referrals.
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings in compliance with local regulations.
