Seeking Experienced Microsoft 365 Developers for Exciting Remote Projects in Guadalajara, Mexico

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading general organization. This role involves developing, enhancing, supporting, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency, with a focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and modernize SharePoint Online solutions to improve business processes and user experience.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
- Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications.




- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Identify opportunities to modernize existing applications using Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven modernization projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio when applicable.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online development and customization
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps)
- Microsoft Power Automate
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Production support and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience modernizing business applications using Microsoft 365 technologies
