Join our team as Professional Controls Engineer for our Lifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) Modernizations and Upgrades team. The idóneo candidate typically has a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in controls engineering. Qualified candidates are proficient in planning, creating schematic and panel assembly drawings, working with PLCs (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens), HMIs, and VFDs, implementation and commissioning of engineering design projects. Employees will be based in Monterrey, N.L., however, must be willing to travel up to 50% to customer locations in the USA.

- Complete the design of schematics and control panels.
- Perform full range of standard work for the professional field.
- Provide support in semi‑complex material specification, schematic preparation, bill‑of‑materials development, and appropriate follow‑up.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks. Work to meet deadlines and deliverables, achieve budget, and manage risk with team leads.
- Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting
