We are looking for Mid-Level and Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineers to join an established Cybersecurity – Identity & Access Management team. This role is focused on supporting and enhancing an existing IAM implementation,



ensuring secure access governance, operational stability, and continuous process improvement.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing identity lifecycle processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and related platforms.
- Support and enhance an existing IAM implementation within a cybersecurity team.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Azure AD, SAP, APIs, and other applications).
- Automate identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, certifications).
- Ensure compliance with IAM policies, RBAC models, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives.
