Job Summary

To provide leadership,



mentoring and direction to hourly, salaried and management personnel engaged in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety (EHS) activities related to a medium facility. Ensure compliance with local federal & state regulations. Validate conformance with Caterpillar’s Environment, Health and Safety manual. Mentor EHS team members, assist with professional development. Lead injury reduction and sustainability activities.

What You Will Do
- Identifies common and more complex safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organizations operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards.
- Ensures EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives.
- Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.
