Role Overview





This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, directly contributing to the growth and success of a cutting‑edge investor‑backed startup and our global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Integrate & Optimize Twilio's suite of APIs and services to support and improve omni‑channel communication capabilities.
- Implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and integrate API connections between our platform and other CRM/ERP/ML/Cloud systems.
- Automate backend processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

AI Agent Ecosystem Development
- Optimize our OmniChannel Platforms for voice, video, and text.
- Work with the Tech & Product teams to develop new features for our platform.
