Your Role

As a Business Analyst at PALO IT, you will serve as a critical link between stakeholders and the technology teams, ensuring that the solutions we develop align with the business objectives and user needs.



You will leverage your analytical skills to gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to define user needs and business requirements using tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.
- Analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units.
- Utilize GitHub Projects for effective project management, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across teams.
- Employ Claude Code to enhance documentation of business requirements, specifications, and validation processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions and interviews with stakeholders to capture key insights that will inform project direction and deliverables.
