About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Commercial Team in Mexico. In this customer‑facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long‑term partnerships with healthcare and life sciences customers, and implementing strategic initiatives across a defined territory.

As a trusted advisor, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and promote QIAGEN’s innovative portfolio of molecular diagnostics and life sciences solutions. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance while contributing to improved healthcare outcomes through cutting‑edge technologies.

Your Tasks Include




- Manage and grow a defined territory and customer portfolio to achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through regular customer visits and strategic account planning.
- Implement commercial strategies and initiatives within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Promote and sell QIAGEN’s Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences solutions based on customer needs.
- Analyze territory potential and develop achievable sales objectives and forecasts for reporting periods.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
