Role Description The VLO role at TAFER Residence Club is a full-time, on-site position based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. This role focuses on supporting guests and members through the vacation lifecycle, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and orientation,



and explaining residence club benefits and services. The VLO provides information about accommodations, amenities, local attractions, and activities, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Day-to-day responsibilities may include handling inquiries, coordinating with front desk and concierge staff, updating guest records, and guiding guests through club processes and offerings. The role requires consistent professional communication, proactive support, and collaboration with the wider resort team to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
