The Controller owns the day-to-day accounting operation: a clean monthly close, a healthy AP and AR cycle, the policies and procedures that govern how money moves, and the cross-functional work with center partners to resolve receivables and payables before they become disputes. You’ll do this with direct support from the CFO, and with room to grow the role as you grow with it.

This is a strong fit for someone with real Controller experience — you’ve owned a monthly close, run reconciliations, and produced financial reporting — and are ready to take full ownership of the function here. Company size matters less than the depth of what you owned. We care more about how you think and operate than the revenue number on your last role, and we want someone genuinely excited about running finance on a modern, AI-enabled stack: QuickBooks Online as the GL and Ramp for spend management. Strong written and spoken English is required, since the Controller works daily with the US executive team and Finance policies, SOPs, and reporting are produced in English. Experience with Sage, multi-entity,



or international finance is a plus, not a requirement.

You don’t need to have built all of that before. You do need to want to build it here.

- Close the books on a defined cadence with consistent quality and speed, working toward a close that runs the same way every month.
- Bring the Athena framework into Finance over time: department goals, KPIs, SOPs, and adherence metrics, the same way Client Support uses them.
- Run a healthy AP and AR cycle. Keep aging within target and resolve partner billing exceptions at the source.
