What will you do:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and deliver HR solutions that drive organizational performance and growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding them on HR programs, tools, and best practices to strengthen employee engagement, performance, and leadership effectiveness
- Support and execute key HR initiatives, including talent development, talent reviews, and internal mobility processes
- Lead and follow up on key company campaigns and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment and impactful execution
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to implement workforce and organizational development strategies
- Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Contribute to building and sustaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

- Hands‑on experience managing HR initiatives such as employee engagement campaigns, talent development programs, and talent review processes
- Strong focus on HR operations and follow‑through, ensuring successful execution of company‑wide initiatives and internal talent processes
