Position Summary / Basic Function

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials, inventory, and shipments,



while leading and developing a high-performing team; this role drives operational excellence by coordinating receiving, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer service, cost, and productivity objectives.

A Day in the Life

Operational Leadership (40-50%)
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign and monitor work to warehouse team members (5-10 associates)
- Ensure on-time material flow to production and on-time shipment to customers
- Coordinate closely with production, planning, and procurement.
- Coordinate with planners and suppliers to determine best allocation of orders for inbounds and storage.
- Implement continuous improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Continuous improvement of Warehouse Operation Program.
- Optimize operating
