What The Candidate Will Do

RFP Management & Optimization
- Serve as the dedicated procurement lead, managing and executing end‑to‑end complex transportation RFPs utilizing an e‑sourcing platform.
- Design and configure sophisticated bid events within a bid platform, establishing precise rate matrices, accessorial structures, and capacity constraints.




- Perform advanced scenario modeling and cost‑to‑serve optimizations within a bid platform environment to evaluate carrier bids and finalize strategic award recommendations.
- Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the bid platform, establishing procurement best practices, standardizing RFP templates, and mentoring team members on e‑sourcing strategies.

Internal Analytical Support
- Analyze consolidation savings for internal customers
- Ad‑Hoc Reporting
- Statistical Analysis

Supply Chain Solutions
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of customer supply chain opportunities and challenges
- Use advanced modeling to evaluate and optimize the customer's transportation and distribution network
- Lane Benchmarking (Utilize Uber Freight market knowledge and leverage existing Uber Freight data, including procurement and that of external data sources.)
