Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Coordination: Develop and manage supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials to support production needs and delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory without excess or shortage.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality materials.
- Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to align material supply with production schedules, addressing any issues related to material availability or quality.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Compliance:



Ensure that supply chain operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, supplier performance, and cost analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
- Proven experience (6+ yrs) in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
