About the role

As a Jr. FP&A; Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, actionable forecasting, and data‑driven recommendations that directly impact business outcomes and long‑term strategy.

Key Responsibilities




- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with the calendar published by the finance and accounting organizations. This requires that all necessary business transactions have been reviewed, approved, and posted to local finance systems and HFM on a timely basis.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends on key metrics across the business.
- Develop and present quarterly forecasts, providing appropriate color and context around variances to prior forecast, prior year, and plan. Articulate risks and opportunities to the forecast.
- Regularly review and analyze key performance trends (orders, backlog, sales, margins, expenses, etc.) to understand and communicate the risks and opportunities of the business.
- Drive system automation, develop finance metrics based on the requirement from the business.
- Provide technical and financial subject matter expertis
