Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:Deliver strategic and technical guidance to bottling partners and internal teams, supporting all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI≻) functions to achieve business objectives.
- Support and assure that the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the execution of Quality, Food Safety and Environmental initiatives and programs.
- Operational Excellence:Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day supply chain activities and Quality and Food Safety practices, in line with best practices and company objectives.
- Integrated Supply Chain Planning:Develop, implement,



and ensure adherence to schedules and operational procedures; guarantee that supply chain activities are closely integrated with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.
- Supplier and Vendor Management:Establish and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure resilient, high-performance supply chains.
- Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of challenging the status quo by experimenting, adapting, and implementing agile solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Risk and Performance Management:Identify and mitigate risks affecting supply operations; track KPIs and drive actions to achieve volume, cost, quality and food safety, and service targets.
- Collaboration and Influence:Partner with internal stakeholders (QSE, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing) and bottler teams to ensure business continuity and foster a people-centric, collaborative culture.
