Opportunity DescriptionReporting Relationship
- This position reports to the Managing Partner.
- The following employees report directly to the General Manager.
- Sales Associate
- Loader Operator

RequirementsEducation
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA in a related discipline.

Licensing / Registration / Certification
- Required: Valid Texas Driver's License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Preferred: Forklift or heavy equipment certification; CDL license a plus.

Experience
- Required: Experience managing or working in a landscaping materials yard, construction yard, or similar supply environment.
- Experience working with external tax accountants and regulatory reporting.
- Preferred: Prior supervisory experience with inventory, logistics, or multi-yard operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop, document,



and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and inventory software.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Bilingual (English–Spanish) strongly preferred.

Physical
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate forklifts or yard equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Climate: Both indoor office/store and outdoor yard environments, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
- Travel: Minimal; primarily local vendor or site visits.
- Hours: Standard yard hours with flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak landscaping seasons
