Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Material Planning Analyst, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
What a typical day looks like:
- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Process execution under operational metrics(adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
- PerformsandsupportsHRCore servicesin and out HR systems;like salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations,globalmobility, HRhelp desk, HRportal,timeand attendance, HRBP, HRIS support,HR system maintenance and otherfunctional areas such as talent acquisition, complianceand otherad hoc projectsfor employees and managers.
- Maintainsa highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
- Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes. Following and automated end to end ticketing system (Got it).
- Drivesforcontinuous improvementand motivatesemployees’ engagement.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
