About the roleIn this role, you will be stationed at our Monterrey Center of Excellence, where your primary responsibility will be to oversee shipment data, manage scheduling, and address delivery exceptions for our North American operations. You will collaborate with a team of 10 to 20 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our carriers and customers.

What you'll do
- Utilize available data to make strategic decisions that facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Proactively reach out to carriers and facilities to accelerate the resolution of escalated matters.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships by addressing concerns from carriers and customers with a high degree of empathy.
- Provide consistent updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.




- Assess the urgency of various tasks to effectively manage your daily workload and prioritize accordingly.
- Offer constructive feedback and suggestions aimed at enhancing our internal systems and operational processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment, responding to changes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that improve overall service quality.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
