About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as a full-time remote contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support our business processes and operational needs.
The adecuado candidate is a hands-on Salesforce developer who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues independently, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, permissions, and other platform functionality
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications or APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce bugs, performance issues, and integration problems
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Perform testing, debugging, deployments,



and ongoing platform maintenance
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Improve existing Salesforce functionality and recommend opportunities for automation
Follow Salesforce development, security, and deployment best practices
Participate in code reviews and maintain appropriate technical documentation

Qualifications
Professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Experience building Salesforce Flows and other platform automations
Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
Experience with Git or another version-control system
Strong debugging and problem-solvi
