Position: Logistics transportation assistant
The Logistics Transportation Assistant supports daily logistics and transportation operations by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role ensures timely movement of goods while assisting with communication between drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

JOB SUMMARY
- BD- Engineering, International Relations, Commercial Trade, Foreign Trade , BA or any major related
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification,



and trade compliance programs.
- Experience with automotive parts, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and customs management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- VISA and Valid Passport Requirement
- English conversational skills proficient- MUST
- Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto el Marqués
- Internship or academic projects related to logistics, supply chain, or international trade are a plus.
- Experience supporting shipment tracking, documentation control, or coordination with carriers is desirable but not required.
- Basic exposure to import/export operations or customs processes is an advantage.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting activities.
