- Manage Purchasing & Planning Activities
- Oversee procurement, production planning, and inventory control for assigned product lines, ensuring material availability and alignment with production needs.
- Maintain ERP/MRP Data Integrity
- Ensure accuracy of system data (lead times, safety stock, ABC classification) and manage MRP signals, shortage reports, and planning actions.
- Supplier Management & Performance Improvement
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and lead continuous improvement initiatives through scorecards and business reviews.
- Inventory Optimization & Cost Reduction
- Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce material costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations), resolving issues and supporting product lifecycle changes.
