We are seeking a strategic payroll partner to drive the transformation and optimization of global payroll operations. This role goes beyond operational execution, being responsible for leading and implementing complex multi-country initiatives, including vendor migrations, system implementation, and process standardization.
This role requires a combination of project leadership, technical payroll expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement, with a direct impact on business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll transformation and optimization initiatives across global payroll operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, standardize practices, and increase efficiency.
- Support implementation of payroll-related projects, including vendor migrations, system changes, process improvements and M&A; activities.
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain data integrity across payroll and related systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, internal audit standards,



corporate policies, and local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with integral HR, Finance, and IT teams to improve service delivery and support business objectives.
- Document and maintain payroll operating procedures and process updates.
- Support adherence to service level agreements and help manage deviations as needed.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes.
- Support employees and stakeholders with payroll-related questions, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and labor agreement requirements.
- Support general payroll processing as needed.
- Perform other duties based on business needs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll vendor migration projects
- Payroll processing experience for 2-3 years
- Solid experience in project management (HCM, time and attendance, benefits, or payroll system implementation
