The Opportunity
Role
We're seeking our Country Manager Mexico, based in Mexico in our offices in Toluca, to join Felipe's team in LATAM. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive the development of the local markets by implementing effective commercial strategies to increase market share.
- To oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of teams, partners, and resources. Managing multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, sales, logistics, warehouse, trade operations, marketing, and administration, ensuring organizational effectiveness, talent development, and execution of corporate objectives.




- Acting as the company’s ambassador, they build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation.
- The Country Manager Mexico aligns local activities with integral objectives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in the target market.

Key Responsibilities
As the primary representative of Fonroche Lighting Mexico acts as a key liaison between the Mexican organization and the French Headquarters, ensuring effective communication, implementation of corporate processes, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives.
